Potatoes create maximum weight loss effects, they are extremely nutritionally dense yet the lowest calorie dense starch, allowing you to feel full and satisfied whilst losing weight.

You eat more to weigh less during this challenge.

The challenge is anti-inflammatory improving digestive issues and joint pain.  If you have health concerns such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol or recovering from recent illness, then this challenge will provide a healing effect on your cells, organs and gut health.

Hormones will start to balance.  This lifestyle provides strong hormonal balancing effects.  PMS & menopausal symptoms are reduced, mood lifts and you'll feel energised.  

This is a detox, a detoxification physically eliminating toxins from the body to improve your health.

You will be eating an array of delicious, nutritious meals designed to cover all your nutritional needs.  Enjoy potatoes with every meal! Sweet potato pancakes for breakfast, roasted potato salad for lunch, fragrant potato & veg sambar for dinner, along with potato toasts or baked fries for snacks!







This is an incredible journey and an amazing group experience.  We are all in it together.

You will be provided with a 
challenge plan, meal ideas, shopping list and included into an online community group where we share lots of recipes, so you will never fall short of ideas.  You will learn how this lifestyle improves health, hormones and weight.  If it's not weight loss your after but you want to experience the hormone balancing, anti-inflammatory effects of this lifestyle then I can tailor it for you.



The 10 day challenge can be a stepping stone inside my program.  You will experience the results of the lifestyle and if you love it and want to reach further goals we can work together 1:1 over 8 weeks, customising a nutrition plan to reach these.  This is where it gets good! Eating huge amounts of incredible variations of food.
